Horrible!
This is very frustrating. Every month, I receive notification that the new Montys subscription is ready and then I cant access it on my Ipad, even after doing several "restores". To contact customer service is a complete pain because you have to fill in all of your information including address, account number etc. I dont have the time to do that every month. They need to get it together because I do not have these problems with other subscriptions like People Style Watch.
